This government oversight panel is charged with reviewing the efficiency, effectiveness and ethics of many state agencies. The committee makes recommendations each legislative session on how to improve state agencies.
Sixteen states make up the Southern Legislative Conference, where a wide array of policy ideas and ideas are exchanged.
